MAPS
®
MAPS® is a mold abatement two part system paired for their synergistic properties. MAPS®-1 is an EPA approved food grade, quaternary amine formulation that is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial solution. It disinfects/sanitizes most surfaces and airborne pathogens when sprayed. MAPS® MATRIX-47™ is a unique SMART polymer containing a balance of organic acids that forms an ultra thin skin to shield treated surfaces from future microbial growth. This system is safe to apply on most surfaces.

MAPS®-1 is an EPA approved quaternary amine based fungicide that disinfects/sanitizes most surfaces and airborne pathogens when sprayed. It has been specifically selected for this system based on its compatibility with MAPS® MATRIX-47™ and its ability to eradicate a wide range of bacteria, viruses and fungi.
MAPS® MATRIX-47™ is a unique SMART Polymer formulated with a synergistic balance of time-released surface stabilizing ingredients. It forms a colorless, safe, effective and long lasting polymer barrier that will not leach into the environment. MAPS® MATRIX-47™ is a contact-based polymer which will protect the substrate surface from the propagation of airborne and surface pathogens as long as it remains intact.
